1. Supporting the Hiring Process
I collaborate with the recruitment team to assist in hiring the permanent replacement, refining the job description, and participating in interviews as needed.
2. Onboarding the New Leader
Once the new leader is hired, I ensure they receive first-hand knowledge and insights necessary for a successful integration.
